About Allison

Having called Fort Wayne home since the age of nine, Allison brings deep-rooted local knowledge and a genuine connection to the community she serves. A graduate of Carroll High School, she continued her education at Manchester University and Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), earning a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minor in Fine Arts.

Allison began her professional career as a lighting specialist and interior designer at Light World, where she developed a strong foundation in design, space planning, and aesthetics. She later expanded her entrepreneurial experience by owning and operating Simply Elegant FW, an event coordination business that further refined her attention to detail, organization, and client service. Today, as a REALTOR®, Allison leverages this unique background to provide clients with expert guidance in home presentation, staging, and market positioning—an advantage for both buyers and sellers navigating the Fort Wayne and surrounding markets.

Deeply committed to her community, Allison was a member of the Junior League of Fort Wayne and regularly contributes her time to local nonprofits and charitable initiatives. Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active through competitive recreational soccer, being creative, and leading a girl scout troop.

Allison and her husband, Aaron Washington, are proud parents to three children—Remington, Madison, and Grayson—and are grateful to call Fort Wayne home.
